CO lawmakers just took a stand for common sense

In the latest state budget, legislators from BOTH parties supported an amendment to stop taxpayer dollars from being used to bring in more wolves—a program that’s already caused real harm to ranchers and rural communities.
Leaders like Rep. Ty Winter and others stepped up to say enough is enough—prioritizing families, farmers, and livestock over a costly and controversial program.
This is what responsive government looks like: listening to the people most affected and protecting Colorado’s way of life.
👏 Thank you to the legislators who had the courage to do the right thing.
